Who we are

This website is operated by TOOT Media Solutions, part of TOOT Holding. Questions about this notice or your information go to info@tootvs.com.

Enquiry forms

When you send a service request, demo request, partnership application or contact enquiry, we receive your name, email address, organization, phone number if you give one, your message, the topic you chose, the page you sent it from, the site language and the time.

We use these details only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Your enquiry is emailed to the TOOT team at tootvs.com through our email provider, and recorded in a Google Sheet that only the TOOT team can open, so that no enquiry is lost.

The TACA chat

Messages you type into the TACA chat are sent to the TACA service on tootms.com, run by TOOT Media Solutions, which uses Google Cloud's conversational AI to reply. Each conversation carries a random identifier for your visit; the chat does not ask for your name or keep your messages on this website.

TACA cannot send requests to the team on your behalf. To contact us, use an enquiry form. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Hosting and your browser

The site is hosted by Vercel, which handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service.

The site remembers your language choice in your browser. It uses no advertising or analytics cookies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows from it.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, by writing to info@tootvs.com.
